A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates the tool. That provider handles the query and supplies its result. We do not keep or log those search terms on our systems.

We retain an email or message long enough to respond and manage the communication. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal duty.
